Content Agreement

This On-Demand Content Service Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between Riveara ("we," "our," or "us") and you ("you" or "your"), in connection with the on-demand content creation services provided by Riveara. By subscribing to our on-demand content service, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined in this Agreement.

1. Service Description

1.1 Service Scope: Our on-demand content service provides you with the creation of short-form content, such as video clips, for social media platforms including but not limited to YouTube Shorts, TikTok, and Instagram Reels, from your long-form content and streams.

1.2 Customization: You have the option to choose the editing style and content preferences when you subscribe to our service. You can provide specific instructions or examples, or you can let us choose the style for you. You can also request a change in your content style at any point during your subscription, and we will implement the change in subsequent content clips.

1.3 Content Quantity: You can adjust the quantity of content you receive at any time by managing your subscription through the link provided in the confirmation email sent by our payment processor, Stripe.

2. Subscription and Payment

2.1 Subscription Confirmation: Upon subscribing to our service, you will receive a confirmation email from our payment processor, Stripe. This email will contain a link that allows you to manage your subscription, including changing your plan or canceling your subscription. You can also find your subscription management link in the collaboration area you will be in once subscribed in the Riveara Discord server.

2.2 Payment: You are responsible for making timely payments for your chosen subscription plan. We do not offer refunds for services.

3. Content Creation

3.1 Content Selection: We will create content clips from your provided long-form content streams. We aim to use the most recent content available from your social media platforms. If recent content is unavailable, we will work through older content, starting from the latest and proceeding to the oldest.

3.2 Content Formats: We will deliver the content clips in both vertical and square formats, suitable for various social media platforms.

4. Monetization

4.1 Content Ownership: You retain full ownership and control of all content created by us for your use. We do not claim any rights or monetization control over the content.

4.2 Monetization Compatibility: We ensure that all content edits provided to you comply with the monetization guidelines of the respective social media platforms. However, we are not responsible for monitoring the monetization rights of your content itself. If you have copyrighted or infringing content within your streams, it is your responsibility to address any related issues.

5. Subscription Cancellation

5.1 Cancellation: You have the right to cancel your subscription at any time. To do so, you can use the cancellation link provided by Stripe in your confirmation email or the link in the Riveara Discord server collaboration area. In case you lose this link, you may contact us via email at [Hello@Riveara.com] to request cancellation.

6. Modifications

6.1 Changes to Terms: We reserve the right to modify the terms of this Agreement and our service offerings. Any changes will be communicated to you through email or by posting a notice on our website.

7. Miscellaneous

7.1 Governing Law: This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom.

By subscribing to our on-demand content service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by the terms and conditions of this On-Demand Content Service Agreement. If you do not agree with any of the terms outlined in this Agreement, please refrain from using our service.
