What happens after I get the subscription?

As soon as you've picked a content plan and completed the short order process, you'll be taken immediately to our Discord server where you'll have a quick form to fill out to share your brand information and optionally your editing preferences and the platforms that you want us to make content from. From there, within 24 hours we'll add you into a private section in the Discord server where we'll get to work straight away. We use Discord to collaborate as it's quick to communicate with and easy to use.

Do I choose the editing style or do you?

You can! We're able to do any editing style (Trust us, any style) and so we'd love for you to tell us or give us examples of what you'd like on the order form so we can make exactly what you want. If you'd rather we choose the style for you, we'll do just that! You can tell us that you want to change your content style at any point of your subscription and we'll make the switch from the very next clip.

What exactly is the on-demand content service?

Our on-demand content services allow you to focus on your priorities and what you do best whilst keeping all of your platforms active, growing, and engaged. Having your stream or long-form content clipped into short-form content and posted on platforms such as YouTube Shorts, TikTok, and Instagram Reels is absolutely essential for growth. We take care of this content for you whilst you focus on bigger content and responsibilities.

How long ago will you be pulling content from?

As recent as possible! We'll get the most recents content from your social media platforms and clip it up so your community gets the very latest moments from you. If we've gone through all of your latest content, we'll start to go back through older content and go from latest to oldest.

What content formats will you deliver to me?

All the formats that you need! We'll provide your clips in both vertical and square format. Vertical is perfect for TikTok videos, YouTube Shorts, Snapchat, and Instagram Reels, as well as X. Square is also great for Instagram Reels and X as well as other social media platforms such as Facebook, Pinterest, and LinkedIn.

Am I able to monetize the content you provide me?

100%! All pieces of content we make for you are for you only, we have no rights or monetization control over them at all. We guarantee that all of the edits that we provide to you will pass any platforms monetization guidelines - We only use resources (Sounds, clips, etc) that we have commercial rights to use so that you are able to monetize the content.

Can I change my content quantity at anytime? 

Absolutely! As soon as you're subscribed, you'll be sent a confirmation email by our payment processor, Stripe. On this email, it'll give you a link to manage your subscription. From this link, you can change your plan at anytime - Meaning that if you purchased a custom clip quantity of 1 and want to turn things up, you can just switch it over and we'll automatically get to making more content for you. This management link will also be accessible via the private section of the Discord server.
