What happens after I get a store?

As soon as you've picked a store plan and completed the short order process, you'll be taken immediately to our Discord server where you'll have a quick form to fill out to share information about yourself, you as a creator, and your store. From there, within 24 hours if you're on the free plan or just 8 hours if you're on the paid plan, we'll add you into a private section in the Discord server where we'll get to work on your store straight away. We use Discord to collaborate as it's quick to communicate with and easy to use.

What are the benefits of having my merch on Riveara?

Your merch is completely taken care of, from product creation to being delivered to your fans door. We handle your merch operations including pixel perfect product creation, listing and promotions management, and product setup and sourcing. Our merch providers then take care of the manufacturing and delivery process. You share designs and products that you want with us, us and our suppliers will handle the rest. Riveara is the home for creator merch and so having your store on our platform means you get the exposure from other creators communities as well as Valkence, boosting order potential and brand visibility massively.

Why Riveara and not a different merch platform?

Of course, merch platforms have existed for some time - Riveara isn't here to take away from them, however, they come with ongoing headaches of having to build up your store, create and edit listings, manage promotions, follow up and deal with numerous parties when things go wrong, trying to find real people for answers quickly, and limitations on products, amongst many other problems. Riveara is here to be a partner and take all of that away from you so that you can focus on your priorities whilst having your merch taken care of and benefiting from network exposure from various creators merch existing in one place.

How much money will I make from my store?

As much as you can make! There's no stock limit on your store (Only supplier issues can pause stock) so sell away. We'll discuss product pricing and profit margins when collaborating. If you're on the free plan, you'll keep 85% of profits from all earnings your store makes. If you're on the paid plan, you'll keep 90% of profits that your store makes up to $1,000/m in earnings, 92.5% of profits from $1,000/m to $5,000/m in earnings, and 95% of profits from $5,000/m in earnings onwards, meaning the more your store grows, the more you profit.

How can I add more products to my store if I want more?

Having your own merch line is addicting with wanting to add more products! No matter which plan you're on, you can have as many products on your store as you'd like to. We recommend starting off with a smaller collection of around 4 to 8 products to launch with and then adding more as your store grows.

Do I do the designs of the merch or does Riveara do it?

You can provide us with any design that you like and we'll get it merch'd up! With tools like Canva around, it's easy to get a design together that your fans would love. We're also well-equipped to design for you should you want us to take care of it. We've worked with lots of brands and have the experience to get your design right! Let us know when collaborating if you'd like us to design your products for you and we can discuss doing that.

Why does the order process on the free plan require my payment details?

Card details are required regardless of the plan you're on to ensure a quick process if you'd like to upgrade to Riveara+, to manage a subscription with you for your store, and as a backup payment method for us to pay you if in the unlikely scenario the methods you share with us as your preferences have issues. You will never be charged on the free plan. Your details are safely secured with Stripe which is our payment processor and one of the most popular and safest ones in the world.
